  • Yes!

    Requests may be submitted via email or by using the reorder request form: request a reorder

  • For all custom and made-to-order items: 4-6 weeks

    Rush orders are accommodated when possible.

    Stickers, magnets, etc. are available to ship within a few days of placing your order.

  • For designs featuring a union bug: No.

    Union bugs can only be applied to USA Made garments.

    For designs without a union bug: Yes.

    We can use any garments/products of your choosing!

  • The union numbers available in each product listing have been provided by the client and approved by the organizations in question. Union numbers may be added to an existing preorder with explicit approval from the relevant organizations . Requests for alterations to an existing preorder must go through the production’s point person (“client”) or the individual responsible for this commission.

  • All preorder and custom items are final sale.

    In the case that something arrives damaged due to shipping or has any type of defect, please email us so we can send a replacement.

    Ker Co. exclusives and other ready to ship items may be returned within 3 weeks of delivery, as long as they are in unworn condition.
